Interview
The interview process consisted of a technical round, competency round and later met the senior management and HR. They were very clear about what to expect from the candidate and what would fit their role. So the entire process went smooth. After joining the firm I was happy that I was given opportunity to explore more areas than discussed about during the interview.

Why do you think you should move from legacy systems which are still efficient to modern systems which have not yet proved to be worthy of investment?

Interview
From start to finish the whole process took less than 4 weeks using a GREAT recruiting company. Great interview with Citi - Great people and they were super nice, made me feel very comfortable. I had 1 phone interview and 1 face to face interview. The face to face interview they said was a formality becuase they liked what they heard on the phone. For the most part I liked what I heard too. Lots of structure and process, willingness to help one another, business casual environment and no sweat shop.
