Citi Product Control Analyst interview questions

After applying online, I got a phone screening interview, then a second interview over the phone and then a third and last interview online. I could not really hear the interviewer well during the second interview and the interviewer was over an hour late for the last interview. In the end, I was surprised to see that the position was completely outsourced and that I would not be hired by Citi but by a recruitment company, which limits your benefits.

The interviewer meets you at the reception while your entry card is being made. I had a good conversation before the actual interview started. Then, the interviewer introduced himself, as well as the company and team which I would be part of. Then I got time to introduce myself. There was technical questions regarding excel, banking products etc.
