I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Citi (New York, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied through campus recruiting and was invited to the on-site interview. The process was very smooth, and most of the interview questions are resume based, where the interviewer ask some questions he feels interested about your past experience. At the end of the interview there is a short math problem to solve, which is not hard.

It was an on campus interview for 30 minutes. For first 15 minutes, I was asked behavioral questions on team work and team conflicts and for the next 15 minutes he tested my mathematical abilities by asking some probability, change in volume of cylinder with change in height etc kind of question. Overall it was nice interview, interviewer was nice as well.
