Citi Rust Engineer interview questions

- Call with a senior developer to discuss Rust / Operating Systems / CPU - In person interview with 3 members of the team to discuss more in depth Rust / Operating Systems and a whiteboard style question - In person interview with a developer being asked leetcode style questions. They ended up making an offer for me. When I finally accepted the offer, they said they cut their visa sponsorship budget and withdrew the offer. I had a call from an external recruiter about this but no one from the company actually attempted to come back to me.
