Interview
1. HR/Consulting forward filtered resume to direct manager with hiring need
2. Phone interview qualify candidate after review resume
3. Face interview by tech lead and/or direct manager to make sure candidate have sufficient tech skills and soft skills to fits into group
4. Job offered to potential candidates as consultant first
5. Flip to Full time if the person really performed
