I applied online. I interviewed at Citi (Hagerstown, MD) in Feb 2017
Interview
Had more than four interviews during the entire process. The time it took from submitting the application until I received a decline letter was more than six months. The average time it takes to receive an offer or decline is about 2-3 months.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you received feedback. What was the feedback and how did you apply this feedback?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Citi (Wilmington, DE) in Aug 2015
Interview
Strictly phone interview with two people. Hired without face-to-face interview. Required drug screen and background check due to being the financial industry. Pleasant, not overly formal attitudes on part of interviewers. Quick start date needed. Large project with tight deadline.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Citi (New York, NY) in Jun 2014
Interview
It was a very smooth process. I live in NYC so the entire process took around 2 weeks. There was initial phone call with the HR followed by 3 one-on-one interviews the next week. I was presented with the offer two weeks from then. The HR manager was extremely helpful and is actively looking to hire qualified candidates. Not sure if this helps but if you are looking for product manager/ project manager/ VP roles at Citi you should reach her at erinn.m.oneill@citi.com
