I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Citi (Toronto, ON)
Interview
I don't think that interviewers realise that they represent a brand, the company when they take interviews. Everything was wrong.
There was no "do you have any questions for me" at the end. No interview etiquettes. The interviewer was not able to explain her questions.
There were 3 in the panel and they all came prepared to harass the candidate. I think this is a regular occurence. Even a skill was mentioned that I only know a very old version of it, the interviewer asked 4 times if you know a particular topic in that.

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Citi (Pune)
Interview
One female interviewer started with introduce your self and blabla.
As per my experience I seen worst interviewer in my career.
From every unanswered / wrong answer her facial expressions are like demotivate and loose the confidence.
It looks she is not Full stack dev.
She's confused with his practical scenarios while asking questions.
Some questions are out of best practice.
I don't want to blame citi but need to recheck with interview panel.
