Lots of technicals, and a mix of behavioral including why Citi and why s&t. The process is a bit stressful and challenging since questions go on a fast path. It's better to prepare more market-related answers.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (Manila, )
Interview
There are 3 stages. HR will call you to set an initial interview schedule. Then, you'll proceed with the initial interview. If you pass, they'll notify you within a week. I did so I proceeded with the 2nd interview. If you pass again, they'll notify you within a week. Then, you'll proceed with the Assessment Center (last stage) where you'll work together with other candidates and they'll assess your teamwork skills. From the first stage to the final stage, all the interviewers were really nice.
The reason that I rated the overall experience negative is because I got to the last stage and was waiting for a call or an email notifying me of my status but none came. Basically, they ghosted me. If a candidate invests time and even reached the final stage, I hope that you could at least call them and tell them if they're accepted or rejected so that they could move on. It's a form of courtesy. They'll be quick to tell you that you passed (7 days or even less) but when they reject you, they'll just drop you without you knowing. I followed-up but no reply.
Brief introduction and asked to go through my resume . First 20 minutes behavioral questions and 10 minutes technical question. Then ask me if there is anything I want to know about the company
