I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Citi
Interview
I had an on campus 30 min interview and a super day the next month. The super day is 3 45 min interviews in one day. They are behavioral and the interviewers just want to get to know you. They pay for your travel to the sight. They aren't trying to ask hard questions, they just want to see if you're a good fit for the company.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Citi (Irving, TX) in Feb 2013
Interview
Came to campus for first round interviews, then were invited back for second rounds at the office. There was a panel of managing directors and roughly 10 other candidates. It was structured similar to speed dating - bell rings, everyone stands, and moves to speak with the next director.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citi (London, England)
Interview
Application followed by numerical testing, a skype interview and then an assessment centre. The assessment centre was a full day including several case interviews and several personality interviews, as well as an additional numerical test. Fairly standard cases with comps and fundamental investment analysis. Personality interviews pretty standard for banking.
