Assessment Center about case study for 2 hours, Interview with MD or director for 1 hour asking basically CV and some behavioural questions. It’s quite intense and they expect strong and confidence responses.

Online application then two phone interviews then assessment centre. The AC had three interviews. One behavioural, one technical and one was a presentation you were given time to work one by reading material, presenting it and answering questions.
