I interviewed for a summer internship quant role. The interview was in two parts with two employees from the team, first a technical part and then a personal part. It was actually a fun interview as they explained very well what they do and how they use their STEM backgrounds in their work.
Had about 3 or 4 stages of interview. 1st was general getting-to-know, 2nd was a group interview on markets/macroecon knowledge, 3rd was on portfolio management, 4th was with a very senior member who told me more about the role I applied for.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Citi (Mumbai) in Oct 2021
Interview
It was a good interview- very little technical knowledge was asked and more of a conversation was made. It started of with “Tell me about yourself” and from there “why banking after engineering”, “what role would you prefer”, etc.
