I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Citi in Oct 2016
Interview
Arrive in the morning, participate in a behavioral interview, technical interview, individual case study (A bank is trying to improve their mobile & web presence, how should they do this based on a packet of information you are given), then lunch. Afterwards, you will give a presentation that you've prepared beforehand, suggesting a new application or improvements to an existing Citi application, followed by a group case study (work with 2 - 3 others to talk through details of advising a company how it should plan it's technology strategy over the next two decades, with barely any information given. It's up to you to synthesize). Afterwards, everyone is free to leave.

What are some of your interests outside of school?
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Citi
Interview
Overall it was a very professional and easy going process. I talked to the recruiter at my universities career fair and he took down my number. Later that day, he called to set up an interview for the next day. The next day I met with an upper level manager and an employee in the program currently. The interview was very conversational. I received a call a week later inviting me to a Super Day, Citi's main and final interview. At the Super Day, I had 2 interviews, both with managers with one that was supposed to be more technical. The interviews did not follow a script and felt more like a conversation than a interview. The technical interview was very high level and still very conversational for being an interview. After the one-on-one interviews, you were asked to present a presentation that you prepared before hand. I recieved the topic about a week before the interview so I had ample time to make a presentation. Last, we were broken up into groups to work on a group case study. During this time, managers are in the room with you assessing you as you work in a group to come up with a solution to the given prompt. You then present this solution as a group to all the managers.
