Citi Trader interview questions

Applied for position in Tokyo. Applied online on Boston Career Forum website. After submitting resume, essay questions and rest of application, was required to do a Japanese reading test, a numbers test (IQ?) and a personality test online. I then interviewed by phone with a Vice President (First Round) and an MD (Second Round). I was then invited to an in-person interview in Boston and a dinner event (also part of the interview), but was ultimately rejected.

Initially met with two traders for a casual chat but was subsequently called back for a second interview in order to meet more members of the team. 2 hrs approx
