Cleveland Clinic Patient Service Representative interview questions

Did a phone interview then a video interview then an in person interview. Same kind of questions just worded differently each time. Basic interview questions, why are you a good fit, describe a time when you felt stressed at work and how you handled it. Etc.

Four interviews, one with a group of supervisors asking behavioral questions. It was very straightforward.I loved being in front of the patients and helping them.The process took about three months.
