The manager I met with was very nice went through a series of structured questions before asking me her own questions. She gave me time to ask any questions I had regarding the position. They got back to me within the week with an offer for employment.

It takes forever from your first interview to your actual start date. You'll receive an email to set up a phone interview. After that you'll come in for an interview with the department managers of the position your applying for. After this is may take a month or two to be offered the job.
