Face-to-face interview in the hiring store lasting 30 minutes with 1 store manager. Asked 5 questions each related to a different transferable skill; leadership, team-working, working under pressure, and so on.

Explain a situation where you had to explain complicated information to another person.
Very polite and lovely interviewer and very soft spoken staff, interview questions were bit tricky but i managed to answer and company provide benefits as well. It was a good interview experience for a retail store

Interview
Very straightforward interview process. First you complete an online test about possible situations you might face in the role. I was then invited to an interview which lasted an hour. They send you an interview preparation guide beforehand which tells you the behaviours they are assessing against. A few introductory questions like why do you want to be a customer team member, followed by 5 behavioural questions which are scored. As long as you have thought of examples beforehand and reasons for why you want to work at the co-op, it is a straightforward interview process.
