interview was quite relaxed took around 15 minutes i was asked around 5-8 questions in total, at the end of the interview i was told i would hear back from them when the had interviewed the last person i was the first interviewee

Pretty easy, few generic questions about experience and relevant examples of working in customer service. Online form said you'd be asked about the history of the company but I wasn't asked anything about that.

Went well, friendly, felt comfortable, easy to communicate, questions were easy to answer if you have retail experience, welcoming, one of the easiest interviews I have had, questions were about basic knowledge of retail, local community involvement , fairer world and local charity, co-operation
