Co-op Custom Team Member interview questions

The interview was nice and relaxed. Manager was very nice. The email they sent said it would last about an hour but it actually took around 20 minutes. At the end they showed me around the store.

Applied online for temporary position, interviewed by store manager. Questions are based on 5 behavioral aspects which are outlined in the preparation pack they send you (building relationships, being confident, clear communicator, succeeding together, getting results). They prompt you to use the STAR method to answer - ask you about what was achieved in the situation etc.
