1-1 interview with manager and supervisor. Then had to fill in a health and safety questionnaire. Interview was comfortable and casual. All common sense questions. Made me feel at ease.

I was emailed clear instruction of what kind of questions to prepare for and what to bring to the interview. This was helpful as being a nervous person it gave me more confidence when arriving for my interview. I was interviewed by the store manager. The interview felt quite informal and I didn’t feel stuck as of what to say on any of the questions

Five behavioural questions that looked for responses on how I have experienced different situations with leadership, cooperation, communication and constant change. These questions where then marked and sent off. After this I was asked what I knew about the company and the history of the company and why I would like to work at coop.
