very casual conversation sat down and took a “behaviour” test consisting of questions about previous work experiences, what i learnt and how i use it, was explained what the role of the job was and where i would be working

They asked about availability and proof of right to work in the UK, then asked behavioural questions where you had to talk about a time you displayed a certain behaviour.
