The process was simple. it starts with an introduction from the hiring manager and explains the role and responsibilities in store. They will be very friendly and ask you to give yourself an intro.

Interview
Very relaxed and informal. Friendly and inviting. Interviewers were really flexible on timings for interview etc. I had 2 one to one interviews rather than a group interview like previous retail jobs i’ve had.
Easy , really laid back. didn’t look much at my cv was more informal and a general chat. if you have experience in retail rely on that. be enthusiastic about working with customers and how you get on with everyone etc
