Very welcoming and nice atmosphere, interviewer was very kind and spoke to me in a friendly manner, lasted about 15 minutes but time went very quick. Make sure to prep and study the company before attending

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Co-op (Aberdeen, Schottland) in Nov 2019

Interview

A simple questioning process mostly about personality and a little about previous work experience. Heavily dependent on you as a person and how you get on with the interviewer/manager. It was a quick 10-15 minutes interview in one of the offices. They did have staff popping in an out but it wasn't too intrusive

We were emailed a document telling us what to prepare for the interview. It was a lot of general questions about personality and there was a section where they asked us what we knew about the co op group. Nothing too formal and it was quite a relaxed interview
