Co-op Customer Team Member (CTM) interview questions

Overall good. It was a long process followed by 1 hour long interview where the previous skills were assessed. They asked behavioral questions, and situational questions. The manager was really friendly. After the interview they said they would respond me in 5 working days.. and the did it

Very informal once at interview stage. Lots of questions about personal circumstances. Lots of questions of availability. We some standard questions which were treated as a box ticking exercise. The questions were very simple to answer with an obvious correct answer
