Co-op interview questions

It was a very straightforward process. I received a phone call and got invited to an interview in the store. They called me later that day to offer me the job.

It's fairly standard as far as retail-based interviews go, but something that I found worked well was highlighting why Co-op is a place you want to work in rather than other shops of it's type. How it differs in a community aspect, or in how it treats it's workers.
