You are asked questions on previous expierences with the store manager then basic questions about myself, tour around the store, then end of interview. Takes around an hour to complete the interview.

Interview
They are very friendly at the interview and promise the world but don't allow your two 15 minutes break that it is your contract which is very dishonest and not good in a physically demanding job.
Fairly long process in light of the actual role. Full application form followed by assesment followed by interview. Interviewers friendly but did not want someone who could only work the summer.
The application process for a Customer Team Member role takes about 10 - 12 minutes, including the assessment. As part of the application process we have screening questions which do make it clear that roles are either permanent or temporary.
