Interview
Very straightforward interview process. First you complete an online test about possible situations you might face in the role. I was then invited to an interview which lasted an hour. They send you an interview preparation guide beforehand which tells you the behaviours they are assessing against. A few introductory questions like why do you want to be a customer team member, followed by 5 behavioural questions which are scored. As long as you have thought of examples beforehand and reasons for why you want to work at the co-op, it is a straightforward interview process.

It was okay, they were late to take me in and then asked me the standard questions. I could tell I was not the person they were looking for. It was short and sweet and good interview practice, but not something I wanted
