Question 1
What have you learned from your past internship experience
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Co-op in Sep 2020
Interview
2 Rounds - 1st round update provided within 4 days.
HOWEVER 2ND ROUND!!
2nd Round: Did not hear back for 4 weeks.
When I did, after chasing HR in the 4th week merely because of the seniority of the role and having a 2nd round interview, I was eventually phoned to be told that although I interviewed well, their opinion that I 'lacked' people management.
Unsure if it was a close call with another candidate seen as it took 4 weeks to make a decision or whether the so-called hiring manager has in fact BAD TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS herself.
IT SHOUKLD NOT TAKE 4 WEEKS TO PROVIDE AN UPDATE FOR ANY INTERVIEW REGARDLESS OF STAGE OR SENIORITY.
I applied online. I interviewed at Co-op (Derby, England) in May 2020
Interview
Apply online with a 3 part questionnaire , than a telephone interview, one to one interview via zoom, interview review conversation call to discuss all the previous stages of the interview process
