Interview
Applied, then back and forth with emails, then called to discuss interview. Then went for interview. Interview was with a more personable HR lady and a less friendly female IT manager. They didn't even have the courtesy of letting me know whether I'd been successful or not.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Co-op (Manchester, England) in Jul 2013
Interview
Irrelevant, box-ticking, sales-manager type interview. Couple of vaguely-relevant technical questions followed by two hours of expected fluff to appease HR's vision. Not nearly enough questions about skills and experience and very little asked about requirements for the role.

Question 1
Questions about "customer journeys" and requests for detailed answers to only a select few questions vaguely linked to the exact role.
