It was quite a simple interview as all the questions were sent to me already via e-mail so I just practiced answering them for the face to face interview. The way you come across is very important and confidence is key.

Interview
If you pass the initial assessment online, you have a telephone interview to see if your suitable for the job role and are asked why you want to work for co op funeral care. If your successful then you go on to have a face to face interview. Before your interview date, you are given 5 questions to practice and these are asked at your interview, aswell as a basic English and maths test. Mark was really friendly, made me feel at ease as I have wanted to work in funeral services for such a long time. My advice is to dress smart, prepare as much as you can and don't be afraid to bring in notes at your interview.
