Co-op Customer Team Member (CTM) interview questions

The interview was around an hour. Very friendly. There were set questions but also enough time to get to know each other. Big on values and team fit. Made me feel very comfortable.

The initial application process and interview was straightforward and fairly informal, unfortunately the position was no longer required. You get emailed the questions for the interview in advance which gives you adequite time to prepare.
