Co-op interview questions

The interview process was one of the most professional and well-driven that I have seen. Hayley made it look like a friendly chat instead of an interrogatory one. Co-op aims to select, recruit, train, and retain the right people to provide the best customer experience while also welcoming new colleagues.

Interview was introduced as an informal chat, hiring manager was friendly to talk to gave a run down of the job and day to day expectations and only asked a few non specific questions.
