Terrible online test process which does not do a true assessment and very impesonable - a face to face interview would be better to weigh up exactly what a person would do in a scenario and give a better perception of the person than an AI - terrible! got very close but not quite....

We use assessments as part of our recruitment processes to aid us with the high volumes of applications we receive and to make sure we are getting to see candidates that display the behaviours necessary to work in a customer facing role. The assessment is based on values and behaviours and you don't need prior knowledge of the role or business.

Simple, straightforward and kind woman was on the phone to me, described what my experience would be like working at the Co-op and told me what was expected. However didn't warn me about the manager who'd later fire me for simply disliking me.

Pretty standard. They ask you the questions you were sent via email beforehand. Use the STAR method. Other questions are things like how many hours would you like in overtime, how flexible are you, etc...
