its pretty straight foreward. you will be asked 5 behavioral questions and just needs to answer it. besides that just basic questions about yourself and your availability. they will let you know in a week.

Tell me a time when you had so say some important information to your manager. what was it, how did you say it. if you could have said it differently how would you have said it.
Basic interview with simple customer service based questions. They were more interested in if I could work loads as opposed to my suitability. All in all an easy interview process.

They give you plenty to prepare beforehand with advice and questions they'll ask at the interview. They asked the questions they prepared and had a nice chat with the manager.
