I applied online. I interviewed at Cognizant (Tampa, FL) in Jun 2017
Interview
Asked about call center experience, health care experience. Automated test of "appropriate" versus "inappropriate" responses and keyboarding. Nothing really asked about healthcare - just standard things you know from life experience. They will teach you healthcare you need to know. (Medicaid and Medicare insurance is constantly changing.)
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Oklahoma City, OK) in Oct 2011
Interview
I was originally First given a phone interview. I was then called back to have an interview with a panel of people in the office. Different types of people in the group, some with lots of questions a couple with no questions or just one.

Question 1
How do you handle working in a fast pace environment?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cognizant
Interview
The recruiter had reached out to me on this role on several occasions, initial interview via telephone moving to a panel interview with two senior directors within APAC, followed by an interview with the Client Partner and final "culture fit" interview with the Head of HR.
There was a lack of communication and delays in between interview phases, and when they were ready to interview they expected you to drop everything to come in whilst still not providing specific feedback from each interview apart from "such and such director loved how you presented" etc.
Weeks had passed after my last interview without feedback, and they then advised me they had filled this role internally.
Lots of my professional time wasted without relevant feedback at each stage, all whilst advising me no other candidate had gotten to this advanced stage. Disappointed to say the least.
