Cognizant Associate - Projects interview questions

The hiring and interview process was very smooth. The panel and the Recruiter were both very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Overall, a good experience. Initially I had a telephonic round. Post clearing the telephonic round, I was called to the Cognizant office for a face-to-face discussion. The questions varied from the basic to a few advanced topics relating to customisations.

1 technical round with atleast 1hr if you are going to crack the interview, 1 Manager round for 20 min and final HR round+ compensation. it take atleast 1 day process. offer letter send it on next working day or with in a week. very good process to conduct interview.
