Interview

Pretty straight forward. 3 rounds of interview- One by immediate manager, followed by one of the Directors and then by HR. The position was a jr to mid managerial role and so did not face much challenges - especially since I had a fairy decent MBA and credentials in working in investment banking domain.

I reached out to the Business Unit head via LinkedIn. The interview was quiet simple. Interview was based on communication skills and aptitude to grasp the business offerings. I had to talk to a couple of key members of his team, both onsite and offshore, to make sure I could work well with them.
