Cognizant Programme Analyst interview questions

Interview process was very smooth. I applied through out of campus hiring by Amcat.First an aptitude test through Amcat then a technical coding test containing 2 questions after that a technical interview and then an HR round.

I applied through AMCAT. I got hall ticket for attending the interview. There were about 400 candidates. The first round is Technical and the second is HR. I was rejected in first round. The interview questions were very basic. I attended well. But I don't know through which criteria they are eliminating candidates. Out of 400,only 40 was gone to HR round. I don't know how many candidates have been filtered in HR round.
