Cognizant Programmee Analyst interview questions

The interview was poorly planned, they said we should be at the interviewing place by 8:30 and the process started at 11. There were about 100 candidates. I was one of the candidates who was interviewed early and left the place at 1pm. There were about 80 candidates who hadn't got the chance to be interviewed yet. The HR team's conduct towards the interview process was very poor and not respectable to the candidates.
