Cognizant Programmee Analyst interview questions

I have given the written test in my college campus. Next day i was called to attend the interview. I was having one to one interaction in my interview. Hr asked me some basic questions of language C and some questions like how I will manage in a group project when I am stuck in a particular point. More over all the group members are not having the same opinion.

I was 3+ years experienced and I applied for Associate position, the first round was Technical Interview, mostly asked in OOPS, .Net and SQL, then Moved to HR for Role and salary Negotiation, finally they said for 3+ years we would give only PA designation. Note: Early 6 months before I attend and cleared the technical, but waited a long for HR discussion, but dint get any call. weekly once I contacted the HR and his reply would be please wait we will call you back later. some time they conduct the interview for namesake.
