1 - on line coding test of 1.5 hours 2- 1 hour technical interview 3 - HR discussion After salary negotiation , 3-4 days later they were saying now that role is not available so join as senior associate with very less salary . As I already had another offer which was better then this so I declined Very poor experience with such a big technology company. They have completely degraded their standard in the market. Never expected.

It was well defined process with atmost transperancy !!! Clear on the role and responsibilities and career path. Lot od opportunity on the enahncing/learnign new technologies and tools trending in the market.Enough opportunity provided to make sure the candidate is happy on the current role he is working for.
