Not too many rounds. Streamlined and interactive. I had two rounds of discussion with members from the project that was hiring, followed by a HR round that comprised of mainly salary discussion.
1. Technical round with TL for basic knowledge examination
2. Second round (Technical round) with Manager and for further knowledge testing and past work experience
3. Final round - HR round for career and salary discussion
The interview went surprisingly smooth! The questions felt like a conversation, digging into my experiences but not throwing any curveballs. I answered confidently, even elaborating on a few points to showcase my knowledge. The interviewers seemed genuinely interested, and we even had a good laugh about a relevant anecdote. While "easy" might not be entirely accurate, it definitely felt like a positive interaction, leaving me feeling optimistic about the opportunity.
