Collins Aerospace interview questions

2 stage process: firstly meeting the hiring manager and a technical colleague from within the team to be involved in. Secondly, an interview with the principal engineering manager, product line manager and technical program lead drilling down into scrum experience and behaviour based scenarios and how they would be handled by you.

Talked about experience and my previous internships. Asked about soft skills and what I could bring to the role. Talked about my interest in the field and what specifically I like about the group and function.
