Interview
Very open and straight forward. Standard interview questions, a typing test, and an example of a call to understand finding areas in the call information system. I don't recall her name but the woman interviewing me was very nice and welcoming, very easy to talk to which helps when your someone who gets nervous during interviews.

Interview
I first had a telephone interview and was then invited for a face to face interview. It was supposed to be a group interview for the first part and then individual interviews in the second part. Nobody else attended so I was basically interviewed on my own by several members of staff but they were very nice
