Concentrix Advisor Customer Services interview questions

No-fuss interview process over the phone and in-person. Questions were average and not difficult. Response time after initial interview did not take too long and offer was done quick enough as well.

Very simple and straightforward interview. They ask you a bunch of questions and give you scenarios to see how you can show empathy to customers/deal with unhappy customers. The interviewer was nice. I think it only took about 30 minutes… i found out within a week if i progressed forward.
