Concentrix Agente De Atendimento interview questions

I’m in the middle of hiring on and trying to figure out what questions they ask. Hoping to find some answers here. Has anyone else had any luck looking on this site?

this is so horrible , i was asked to attend the virtual interview for e-com project which is amazon project and just because want to attend that interview, i already removed all my schedule at morning session , but the interviewer no show during the interview session and i had been waiting for 30 minutes and i sent them two email to ask them whether they will attend the interview or not , even though many people was tagged in the email but none of them reply to my email at all , and just let me wait there for 30 minutes . i wish higher management can notice this issue and give me an explanation . Please respect your candidate's time .
