Concentrix CSR interview questions

the interview process is good and smooth. But there are some complicated questions that I can answer quickly, but the interviewer is good and can understand me. the process will go so smooth but, in the end, I didn't get pass because of some of their standards.

Cadastro, provas de português,matemática, informática e raciocínio lógico. Passando vai para o teste de digitação em seguida entrevista com gestor. Sendo aprovado segue as etapas de envio de documentos, realização de exames médicos, trâmites de contratação e por fim o treinamento.
