Concentrix Customer Service CSR interview questions

Participei de várias etapas de entrevista. Primeiro em grupo, depois individual e ainda depois um teste de chat com o coordenador da vaga e o recrutador. Fiquei praticamente duas tardes inteiras nesse processo, e não recebi nenhum retorno do resultado. A ver navios, mesmo depois de um mês.

The recruiter did the phone screening was really quick and I wonder why he explain everything in a rush which sometimes I was difficult to catch up. Besides, the interview process was less comfortable and the hiring manager was not professional on giving thoughtful and constructive feedback.
