The interview process was very formal, structured, and well-organized. The interviewers were professional and respectful, creating a comfortable environment throughout the sessions. Overall, it was one of the best and most positive interview experiences I have ever had.

Start with basic introduction, then a few personal question eg. why did I leave previous job, why choose current job, then roleplay scenario, then to read a paragraph in the language required by the position.
