Concentrix Customer Service CSR interview questions

The process goes as follows (walk in): • Registration on their system • Initial Interview (1 on 1) • SVAR test • Recruitment Interview (1 on 1) • Testing (it was a whole bunch of different test like typing test, reading comprehension etc.) • Operations Interview (you and the team managers, yes, plural because on my case they were 3) They were all very nice and very accommodating, I recommend to just be yourself and answer as honestly as you can but try to also reflect on the company's ideals. Smile, laugh and present yourself as confidently as you can, I was visibly nervous but they made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, it's okay if you get your tongue twisted here and there, I think they understand that it happens. I didn't get the job offer though because I do plan to proceed with a different path on my short term goal and I guess that was a red flag for them (which I completely understood). It was a great experience nevertheless but bring some jacket or a few snacks, the whole process is 1 day and yup it would really take up hours and hours, being cold and hungry like what happened to me isn't really ideal aha but yea, overall even if i didn't get the offer i got the gist that it would've been a nice company to be a part of. Be as much as possible on your best attire, make them see that you're serious about getting this job. Smile. Laugh. Be kind. Place your best foot forward. I really reckon I wouldve got the job but i made the mistake of almost as if assuring them I have some other plans as well (which will make them think that I wont stay within the company for long). So in any case, just say that "right now, you have no plans and just want to earn money and save up and this is the best way I know how" Good luck to you all! Fui um dia fazer a prova de português, matemática, inglês. (Levou mais de 3 horas) Fui outro dia fazer uma entrevista por Skype com o pessoal da empresa cliente - rápido. Fui outro dia fazer um teste de chat pelo Skype. Levou quase 4 horas e eles pediram que eu fizesse posteriormente desde casa mesmo. Fui outro dia para entregar documentos e descobrir que o cargo era inferior ao proposto e a carga horária era muito superior à ofertada.
