I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Concentrix (Tallahassee, FL) in Jul 2018
Interview
Zoom call interview, very laid back and easy to answer questions that gave them a sense of who you were. They asked about balancing working from home and other activities and how I would best handle working from home.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Concentrix (Tempe, AZ) in Feb 2014
Interview
very simple asked basic questions. They didn't chew you out and make you feel uneasy. It was a group interview so it wasn't that bad at all. They are a great company to work for
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Concentrix (Manila, ) in Jul 2018
Interview
Opening time for applicants is at 10AM. UP Ayala Technohub branch. I am an IT Fresh Graduate and I applied there as walk-in. Walk-in applicants are only processed for CSR, so I didn't proceed in processing my application. I think the process would only be around an hour but due to some technical discrepancies, it's been extended in a little fraction of time.
Interview Process:
1.) Online Personal Information Encoding - input of personal information in their computer.
2.) Short Practice for Online English Voice Assessment - you together with 6 applicants and the facilitator will go in a small room ( Max of 8 people ). There, the facilitator will list 7 topics and for 3MINS, you must compose a short talk about each topic for 45 seconds. After 3 MINS, sharing of talk will begin until each person has shared their opinion. If no one volunteers, the facilitator will call a random person which happened to our batch, haha. You will pick a topic but the facilitator's choice would be the topic you must give a talk about.
2.) Online English Voice Assessment - I think everyone can pass this part since it's just a piece of cake. The assessment was delayed twice due to certain inconsistencies.
3.) Interview - since I found out that they only process CSR positions for walk-in applicants, I didn't pursue to proceed with the interview.
